Several landowners called us this year when they read our ad offering to help patrol property during hunting season. While patrolling posted property in Orange County, NY, during bow hunting, we discovered the hunter above who claimed he was on private property (not his) because he was tracking a deer, he had shot. We told him it was illegal, that the term for it was “Trespassing.” We informed him that it was illegal to track on posted property. When he turned around, there was no license tag!
