A bill, H.B. 735, now in the PA Senate, would eliminate the requirement in PA for hunters to display their hunting license on their back while hunting! How are landowners and citizens supposed to know who is on the prowl with a loaded gun when posted grounds and roads are being invaded?
It is slated to pass as it has unanimously passed the House! YOU WILL HAVE TO CONFRONT HOSTILE HUNTERS TO GET THEIR INFORMATION AND THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED HUNTER HARASSMENT!!!!
