At this link you will find the DEC’s revised mute swan proposal.

Please send in your comments to the DEC by 4/24 and let your elected representatives know that you DO NOT WANT MUTE SWANS DESTROYED. Tell them to support the Avella/Cymbrowitz Swan Bill (S1555 and A3675) when it comes up for a vote.
