Bob Croissant called Wildlife Watch to help him humanely keep Canada geese away from property in Woodstock, NY. The owner had contracted with a waterfowl hunter and nuisance control officer to blast the geese on the first day of the early season.
The Coalition to Prevent the Destruction of Canada Geese, a division of Wildlife Watch, quickly got the laser gun to us, and we in turn got it to Bob. Bob made a deal with the landowner. He asked her to let him use the laser and call off the hunt. She agreed.
