Merle Wilson of IOWA cautions C.A.S.H. readers to watch for an ordinance similar to the one that passed in his county (Buchanan) which prohibits new dwellings from being erected, constructed, or moved to within 200 yards of a Public Hunting Area. This prohibition shall not be applicable to a farm. Merle views this, and rightly so, as a serious taking of property by the County for hunters!
