A hunter was rescued after falling off a cliff near Frenchtown during a snowstorm.
The incident occurred in Mineral County, where the hunter fell onto a steep scree slope. Two Bear Air Rescue responded to the scene for their first night hoist of the season amidst challenging weather conditions.
The hunter was successfully lifted into Two Bear Air Rescue’s helicopter and then transferred to a Lifeflight Network helicopter and ground ambulance.
Two Bear Air Rescue expressed gratitude to Lifeflight Network and Frenchtown Fire and Ambulance for their assistance. They also wished the hunter a speedy recovery.
