A 57-year-old Lewiston man died during a hunting accident Dec. 12 in Clearwater County.
Mike Churchill died from an accidental, self-inflicted gunshot, according to Sheriff Chris Goetz.
Coroner Dennis Fuller said the shooting occurred in the area of Weippe.
Goetz said the investigation into Churchill’s death is completed.
