Hunter: I’m usually 80 percent legal

BAY COUNTY — A hunter who admitted to using bait in the Econfina Wildlife Management Area told the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officer that he is usually “80 percent legal” when he hunts. But, he added, from now on he will be 100 percent legal.
The officer found the ground blind near a baited area and then located the hunter.
