Hunter Injured in Fall From Tree Stand

A hunter suffered a possible broken arm after falling from a tree stand Saturday morning on Scenic Drive in the Brookville area.

The Brookville Fire Department, Letts EMS and local law enforcement were dispatched around 7:05 a.m.

Additional information, such as the victim’s name, condition, and circumstances surrounding incident were available as of Monday morning.

PIERCETON — Richard Dixon, 67, was seriously injured when he fell from a tree stand in Pierceton Tuesday.

As Dixon he climbed down from his tree stand, the stand collapsed and he fell.
